Tortellini w/Meat Sauce: Cheese stuffed tortellini with house made Bolognese sauce
Cavatappi Primavera: A variety of cherry tomatoes, broccoli, carrots and peas tossed in a light cream sauce
Chicken Spedini: Tender chicken breast rolled and stuffed with asiago cheese and tomato basil sauce.
Served with ammoughiu sauce
Eggplant Parmesan: Fried eggplant topped with light tomato basil and topped with parmesan cheese
Carved Meat Station
Italian style roast sirloin of beef accompanied by natural au jus and horseradish sauce served with roasted rosemary potatoes
